Completely open view of the Mediterranean sea and of the coastline all the way from Benalmadena passing the Fuengirola marina all the way out to El Faro. Even Africa and Gibraltar are showing from this wonderful location. All rooms are blessed with this view.
Apart from the three bedrooms, the villa has a separate self contained studio with the same fantastic views, of which you could also do a holiday rental from or long term let.
From the lounge there is direct access to the glazed in terrace being used as an extention of the lounge with glass from floor to ceiling making it possible to “inhale” the whole of the Meditarranean sea. From this terrace there is access to the pool. Chill out in the sun beds and overview the pool, the fruit trees in the tropical garden with the big blue sea as background – just beautiful!
The garden is full of fruit trees and plants and has automatic irregation system. There is a shower by the pool. From the garden you can acces the basement which is by the current owner being used as a children’s play area and to store clothes. There is also a shower room in this basement.
The villa is from 1998 and is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a very quiet location and yet everything is just a few minutes from the villa whether you want to go to Fuengirola or Benalmadena town or to the two marinas. 10 minutes walk to train station and bus stop.
There is a tennis and paddle court and a large swimming pool in the community grounds, which also has 24 hour camera surveillance
